It\u2019s processed similarly to green tea, but has more antioxidants, very low caffeine (12 mg per cup), and with a distinct delicious, woody aroma and light floral notes. Ingredients:<\/strong> Kenyan Purple tea leaves<\/p>\n How To Prepare<\/strong><\/p>\n 1 teaspoon of loose purple tea for each 1.4 0z\/150 ml water<\/p>\n Boil water to 80 c \/176\u00b0F<\/p>\n Pour freshly boiled water over the tea (if you don’t have a temperature-controlled kettle, let it sit and cool for 6 minutes)<\/span><\/p>\n Steep 3 to 5 minutes<\/p>\n For a second cup, resteep the tea for 6 minutes<\/p>\n Serve and enjoy<\/p>\n Fun Tip<\/strong>: Squeeze few drops of lemon juice and watch the tea turn pink! How cool is that!<\/p>\n How to Prepare Iced Tea (1 Litre\/Quart)<\/strong><\/p>\n Add 6 heaps of purple tea into the teapot<\/p>\n Pour 1 and \u00bc cup\/315 ml semi-boiling water to the tea. Steep 5 minutes<\/p>\n Quarter fill serving pitcher with cold water.
